Recovery Week

I love recovery weeks, except when you actually need them. Which I think I do this week. The race left me feeling a bit more tired and beat up than I expected. I had a regular week of running planned, but I don’t think I’m going to be that aggressive just yet.

Bootcamp
Easy swim
Pilates

Friday
Rest

Saturday
Long Run – 6 miles

Sunday
Ironman Texas volunteer

And yes, you do see a long run on there already. I’ve still got a half marathon in the works for June! :/
